The North Carolina Student Academy of Science (NCSAS) is an organization for students in grades 6-12 in alliance with the North Carolina Academy of Science (NCAS). Our research sharing events (or research competition) allow spaces for students to share research, just like professionals share.

American Junior Academy of Science (National Conference)

AJAS (American Junior Academy of Science) is a national conference for high school students that lasts about five days. AJAS members will get to visit research labs, attend the international AAAS conference, and meet scientists from around the world. This opportunity is given to the first place winners at the NCSAS competition.
